Refund & Exchange Policy
At Kuier, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly assist with an exchange or store credit — no cash refunds are issued.
Exchanges
If your item hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging, please email us at orders@kuiercollection.co.za within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and packaged securely to prevent damage. Returns that arrive damaged or without original packaging unfortunately cannot be accepted.
All courier costs are for your account. If you’d prefer that we arrange the courier on your behalf, the courier fee will be deducted from your store credit amount. Please send all returns to:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll gladly process your exchange. If the item you’d like is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure every parcel leaves our store in perfect condition. Should your order arrive damaged or broken, please email orders@kuiercollection.co.za within 24 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll arrange collection and exchange at no cost to you.
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 12 months. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.
Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll collect it and send the correct item as soon as possible. If the replacement is not available, we’ll issue a store credit (valid for 12 months).
As always, no cash refunds apply.
